The Insurance carrier found that its largely manual claims response process and charging third party insurer was riddled with challenges, negatively impacting operations and resulting in sub-optimal customer experience. The company had multiple and independently functioning teams managing claims operation that used a spreadsheet for invoice documents comparison. The company also faced challenges to keep track of claim cases with other insurers without tools or systems in place or no integrations with third-party Insurer APIs. The extensive manual effort resulted in inefficiencies, lower customer satisfaction, and cost inefficiency of the process.
A large enterprise client had the transportation process for encompassing driver and customer co-ordination, intelligent routing, live tracking, compliance, and security. The web application for managing the transportation service was using legacy data center infrastructure with all its problematic symptoms hampering business growth and scalability.
The major problem faced by them was the release of new products and features taking a longer time than expected and DevOps operations that were using old tech and tools. Along with it, the manual processing resulted in a major error-prone approach to system maintenance.
Any addition of users, service providers, and new routes require changes to be made and validated for performance that caused risk in cost management, fear of risk, and room for modernization to remove complexity.
The primary objective was to move the application to the scalable and on-demand provision of infrastructure and deploy the production infrastructure to any global location.
The key technical considerations were to streamline DevOps and operational processes to enterprise-class that can scale up or down as needed and implement changes in an agile fashion.
Also, Reporting & Monitoring dashboards needed to be developed to show the critical issues and live status of the infrastructure.

And based on the assessment, the technical team suggested technology interventions to introduce and upgrade features that would significantly improve the safety and convenience of the passengers.
Our team, with a deep understanding of AWS features, executed the sequence of actions by identifying Cloud infrastructure blueprints (AWS) to solve the majority of the infrastructure migration as required by the client.
Since the focus on security was present right through the process of migration, security and permission models were designed to be implemented for granular control over access to Cloud infrastructure. The enterprise has clear guidelines around this, and the project team implemented them.
We introduced scalable load balancing and auto-scaling options to mission-critical applications and also designed live events and incidents and infrastructure health monitoring dashboards. Within the shortest timeframe, we ensured to complete the development and updates of new features that complement the web and mobile app solution to comprehensively monitor and regulate the vehicle movement through the different pick-up points and drop points.
