Meet the founder

Arun Soundrapandian, Founder & Managing Director

Enterprise Architect | Cloud, Data & AI

Arun founded Subhi Consultancy in 2007 and has spent more than 20 years designing and delivering technology for organisations across financial services, insurance, retail, energy, media, telecoms, the public sector and charities. He has led architecture and transformation work for organisations including UBS, the Ministry of Justice, Admiral, Swiss Re's iptiQ, MS Amlin, Toyota GB and Wesleyan.

His work spans technology strategy, enterprise and cloud architecture on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, data platforms, integration and, increasingly, practical AI: agents, copilots and automations built with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI and n8n. He holds an MBA in Management Information Systems.

Arun leads every engagement personally, so you deal directly with the person designing your solution.

What we do

Subhi Consultancy Services gives UK organisations senior, hands-on help across the whole technology stack: enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cloud services, CRM, bespoke web and mobile apps, and data platforms and insights.

We bring the same discipline (clear plans, sensible security, things documented properly) to businesses of every size. For smaller firms we also offer the AI Automation Retainer, secure n8n workflows built around the tools you already use, and an AI Website Chatbot trained on your own website and FAQs.
