Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts. So there is no cookie banner. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited period.

What we collect and why

• When you email, call or book a call: your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply and provide our services. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
• Clients: details needed to deliver and invoice our services. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.

Booking

Booking links use Google Calendar, which processes your details under Google's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (e.g. email, hosting, accounting) or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years. Client and financial records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
