What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, an AI usage allowance (around 500 conversations a month, plenty for most local businesses), monitoring and a monthly review to improve answers. Heavier usage is billed at cost, agreed first.

Is there a contract?

Rolling monthly with 30 days' notice after a 3-month minimum.
